What is the usual delivery time for products?
Our products are delivered within 8-10 business days from the date of placing the order.
How do I track my order?
Once the product is dispatched you will receive the tracking details in the email provided.
When will my order be shipped?
All the orders are shipped within 8-10 business days of purchase.
I have not received an order confirmation email. What shall I do?
Check your spam, junk and promotions folder. In case you have still not received the confirmation,reach out to us on support@kixindia.com with the following details:
1.Full name under which the order has been placed
2.Email address
3.Item(s) purchased
4.Order ID
Do you allow the return or exchange of sneakers?
All sales from KI-X are final. For further details, you can visit our return policy page .
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are subject to cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order. However, the refund is issued only through store credits.
Are your products brand new and authentic?
Every product sold on KI-X website is brand new (DS). We have a in-house legit checking system which follows a 3-step verification process. All pairs listed on the website are deadstock and are verified authentic.
Do you offer Cash On Delivery?
We only accept prepaid payments that allow multiple payment options through our providers, i.e Razorpay.
Will my cards be saved on your database?
KI-X is strictly against maintaining the private data of our customers.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
The shipping carrier is subject to the serviceability of your Pin Code. The products are shipped through Blue Dart, Delhivery etc.
Do I need to pay Custom Duty on my order?
No, All products are shipped from our warehouse in India, so you don't have to pay custom duty or any additional charges.
