Return/Refund Policy
- KI-X does not entertain any returns or refunds due to a change of mind. All sales are final.
- Returns will only be entertained if the product is damaged/flawed or if the wrong product is delivered.
- To return an order, email us at support@kixindia.com.
- The KI-X Team will evaluate your request for a return. If it is approved, you will have to ship the product in the exact same conditions as when it was received.
- All extra accessories/ items must be intact and have to be returned.
- The product must be returned in the KI-X box in which the item was originally received. In case the packaging box is damaged, you are required to pack the product in another protective carton or cardboard box and secure it with thick tape. This is to ensure that the products do not get damaged on return, for which you will be liable.
- In case you have received a product that is incorrect or differs in size from what had been ordered due to an error on our part, we will replace it, subject to stock availability. If the correct product is not available, we will provide the total billed amount in the form of store credit. Please note that this store credit will be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue.
- You will receive store credits in the form of a coupon code through email within 10 business days from the date that we receive the product and it passes our quality checks.
- If the product does not pass our quality checks, the customer can request a product to be shipped back to them at their own expense
- We do not offer returns or exchanges if the product does not fit due to incorrect size selection during your order process. We encourage all our customers to carefully review their orders and utilise our size guide to ensure the best fit. It is your responsibility to select the correct size when placing an order.
- In case the product is damaged, please email us at support@kixindia.com and our team will work with you to come to a solution.
- Please ensure you make an unboxing video when you receive that parcel as proof of damage upon receipt. This is so that we can be sure the product was not damaged at a later stage.
- No return/exchange/refund requests will be entertained without an unboxing video.
