What is the usual delivery time for products?
Our products are delivered within 8-10 business days from the date of placing the order.
How do I track my order?
Once the product is dispatched you will receive the tracking details in the email provided.

I have not received an order confirmation email. What shall I do?

Do you allow the return or exchange of products?

Do you have instant shipping available?
Yes, instant shipping is available for selected sneakers and hype articles. You can choose this shipping option during the checkout process.
Are your products brand new and authentic?
Every product sold on Kix website is brand new (DS). We have an in-house legit checking system which follows a 3-step verification process. All pairs listed on the website are deadstock and are verified authentic.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
We only accept prepaid payments that allow multiple payment options through our providers, i.e. Razorpay.
Will my cards be saved on your database?
Kix is strictly against maintaining the private database of the customer. Moreover, the transaction is processed by our payment service providers Paytm or PayU via a secure gateway.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
The shipping carrier is subject to the serviceability of your Pin code. The products are shipped through Blue Dart, Delhivery etc.
Do I need to pay Custom Duty on my order?
No. All products are shipped from our warehouse in India so you don't have to pay custom duty or any additional charges.
