💡 Evidence Guidelines:

  • All evidence must be clear, unedited, and timestamped.
  • Blurry, incomplete, or manipulated evidence will result in immediate rejection of the refund request.

Unboxing Video Requirements

Video Requirements:

  • Single continuous, unedited video
  • Clear view of package before opening
  • Show shipping label and seals
  • Document entire unboxing process
  • Show all sides of the product

✅Video Must Show:

  • Package condition upon arrival
  • Seal integrity before opening
  • Product in original packaging
  • All accessories and documents
  • Clear close-ups of any defects
🚫 Important: The unboxing video must be submitted to the satisfaction of KIX. Without a proper unboxing video, refund requests will be automatically rejected regardless of other evidence.

💡 Understanding Condition Ratings: Items are sold as per their condition rating. "Like New" means minimal signs of use, "Good" means visible wear, and "Fair" means significant wear. Ensure you understand these ratings before purchasing.

Cancellation Policy
⚠️ Kix reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Orders may be cancelled in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Limitations on available quantities
  • Inaccuracies in product or pricing information
  • Issues identified by our credit or fraud detection team

Cancellation by Customer:

  • No Cancellations Allowed: Order cancellations are strictly not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Products Covered: Sneakers, Streetwear, Bags, Glasses, Accessories, Watches, and all other products listed on the website.
  • Failed Deliveries : Delivery will be attempted twice. Failure to collect will result in RTO (Return to Origin). A reshipment fee of ₹1000 will apply for re-delivery.
👉 Special Requests: In rare exceptions where a prepaid order is cancelled at the customer’s request, 30% of the prepaid amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
