Damaged / Incorrect Product Received
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please inform us within 3 days of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll provide a fair resolution.
Claims raised beyond 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Sale / Promotional Items
Products purchased during sales, drops, or promotional offers are final sale — non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Limited drops = limited chances. Choose wisely.
Delayed Delivery
If your order goes beyond the committed delivery timeline (excluding delays due to logistics disruptions or force-majeure events), you may request support or review for return eligibility.
Return Shipping
If your return is approved for damaged/incorrect items, KI-X covers the return shipping costs.
For size or preference based returns (where applicable), return shipping charges may apply.

Homegrown Apparel

- Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags & packaging intact

- Must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos
- Eligible for exchange only (subject to inspection)

HYPEWEAR

CARE
Care and cleaning products are essential hygiene items. To maintain safety, authenticity, and product purity, all care product sales are final.

- Product must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging

Requests will be denied if product seal is broken, used, tampered, or claim is late.
COLLECTIBLES
Collectibles at KI-X include designer toys, figurines, art pieces, and limited run cultural objects. Due to their rarity and exclusive nature, all collectible purchases are final, with limited exceptions.
CANCELLATION
- No cancellations for change of mind or personal preference.
- Once secured, the collectible cannot be cancelled or refunded.
RETURNS (ELIGIBLE ONLY IF KI-X IS AT FAULT)
1) Damaged Item Delivered:
- Accepted only if the product arrives physically damaged.
- Must be reported within 3 days of delivery with unboxing video and photos.
2) Incorrect Product Delivered:
- Eligible if the product received is different from what was ordered.
- Exchange or store credit will be arranged upon verification.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
For any approved claim, item must remain:
- Unopened and untouched
- In original packaging with all seals intact
- With all accessories, paperwork, and protective materials included
NOTE
KIX may decline the claim if:
- Packaging or seals are broken
- Product shows handling or tampering
- Claim is raised after allowed time period

JEWELLERY
Our jewellery pieces are curated with precision, craftsmanship, and culture. To ensure hygiene, product integrity, and exclusivity — jewellery orders follow a strict no return policy.

- All sales are final.

- Report within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos/video + unboxing proof
- Item must be unused, unworn, with all original packaging & seals intact

SNEAKERS
At KI-X, all sneakers are sourced fresh, verified for authenticity, and delivered in dead-stock condition- untouched, unworn, and hype-ready. Because of the limited-edition nature of sneakers and our strict authentication process, returns and exchanges are extremely limited.
We Do Not Accept Returns/Exchanges For:
- Change of mind / personal preference
- Wrong size ordered
- Product tried on, laced, creased, or worn
- Packaging, tags, or seals opened or damaged size & fit policy
- No size exchanges on sneakers
- Trials are not allowed
- Confirm your size before ordering
Authenticity & Condition
All sneakers are DS (Dead-stock). We do not accept returns if:
- Sneaker is tried on
- Packaging is tampered
- Tags/seals removed
- Box or accessories damaged/missing
Incorrect Size Delivered by KI-X
If KI-X sends a different size than ordered, we will exchange or issue store credit/refund (must request within 3 days with proof).
Damaged Item Delivered
Raise complaint within 3 days with photos/videos.
Resolution: Exchange or store credit/refund.
Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch: Refundable as store credit (not on preorder items)
After Dispatch: 10% deduction + store credit only; shipping is non-refundable
Shipping
KI-X covers return shipping only if KI-X is at fault. Otherwise customer pays.
Important Timeline
Damage / wrong product must be reported within 3 days.
Note
Due to limited edition nature, size-based returns are not possible. Exceptions, if any, are at KIX's discretion.
WATCHES
Every watch at KI-X is sourced from trusted channels and undergoes strict quality and authenticity checks. Due to the premium nature of watches, purchase and return terms are firm.
CANCELLATIONS
- No cancellations once an order is placed.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted for change of mind.
- Cancellation requests will not be accepted if the product has been worn, used, or tampered with.
- Packaging, seals, and tags must remain intact.
RETURNS (Eligible Cases Only)
1) Incorrect Product Delivered:
Accepted if a different item than ordered is received.
2) Damaged Product on Delivery:
Accepted if the watch arrives physically damaged (proof required).
3) Warranty Activation Dates:
- Watches cannot be returned due to differences in warranty start date vs delivery date.
- Warranty may be pre-activated by the manufacturer and does not qualify as a defect.
REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN CLAIMS
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unhandled.
- All original packaging, warranty cards, documents, and tags must be intact.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for claim approval.

- The item shows any sign of use or handling
- Packaging or documentation is missing or tampered
- Claim is submitted after the permitted timeline
