The 'Dear Summer' collection, a sizable follow-up to Virgil Abloh's debut Nike Dunk collaboration from 2019, includes the Nike Dunk Low Off-White Lot 17. The low-top has Virgil Abloh's calling-card details, like a plastic zip tie and printed Helvetica writing, coupled with an upper made of white leather with soft grey suede overlays.

The sneaker's alternative lacing system, zip-tie, exposed foam tongue, and a rectangular tab attached to the Swoosh all feature striking splashes of colour. A "17 of 50" label is attached to the lateral midsole of the Nike Dunk Low Off-White Lot 17, which is a fifty-pair limited edition.

Released as a collegiate sneaker, Nike Dunks can now be found on the feet of celebrities and commoners alike. Limited editions like the Off White Dunks, from the 2019 collab between Nike and Virgil Abloh’s design label Off-White, further cemented Dunks’ place in sneaker folklore.
