In the 1990s, Chris Gibbs and his crew revolutionised the game by searching the world for the coolest gear and obsessing on Japan-exclusive footwear. Now, UNION has remixed some of their favourites from that period for a collection that honours the three locations where they have lived: New York City, Los Angeles, and Tokyo. With a Ripstop upper and raw stitching, the UNION x Dunk Low 'Argon' colorway offers a new perspective on a classic that inspired Gibbs years back.

The Nike Dunk Low Union Passport Pack Argon comes with a tear-away, semi-translucent ripstop nylon covering and a subtle blue smooth leather structure. Incomplete red stitching and a tearaway ripstop exterior expose a leather underlay in various hues of blue on this pair. A Union LA Frontman logo on the heel, as well as "UN|LA" quarter panel tabs, complete the look. On the blue transparent rubber outsole, the symbol reappears.

Released as a collegiate sneaker, Nike Dunks can now be found on the feet of celebrities and commoners alike. Limited editions like Off White Dunks, from the 2019 collab between Nike and Virgil Abloh’s design label Off-White further cemented Dunks’ place in sneaker folklore.
